Our client is looking for a switched on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Coordinator to support the TA team while they are extra busy hiring!

The suitable candidate does not need to have recruitment experience, however this would be an advantage. Other suitable backgrounds are contact centre, high volume calling customers, and administration.

Duties include:

• Phone screening candidates, using role specific interview templates
• Liaising with candidates to help with their onboarding process
• Completing reference checks
• Managing compliance documentation
• Logging all notes in their systems ensuring updates are tracked

To be successful you will:

• Have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work at a fast pace
• Experience working in busy corporate environments such as high volume recruitment or call centre
• Be very tech savvy and pick up new systems quickly
• Have excellent communication and follow up skills - closing the loop with your TA team, updating them on progress, and keeping the recruitment flow moving!
• Persistent! You don't mind chasing people up for information, and love talking!
• Available to start within a few days
