Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, implement, and maintain improvements to the Workday platform to ensure peak functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and design innovative solutions.
• Analyse system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the successful integration of new Workday functionalities.
• Develop and deliver user training sessions, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align Workday processes with business goals.
