Description

The key responsibilities of this role is:

• Supporting HR team in daily tasks and operations.

• Assisting in the recruitment process and on boarding of new staff.

• Coordinating employee training and development programs.

• Maintaining personnel records and ensuring data accuracy.

• Contributing to employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

• Assisting with the administration of HR policies and procedures.

• Responding to employee queries regarding HR-related issues.

• Participating in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Profile

A successful People Services Officer should have:

• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.

• Experience in HR roles within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
