We are currently seeking two motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers to support a key vaccination program for our client located in South Guilford.

About the Role:

In this role, you will assist customers with online bookings for vaccinations. It is currently a 5 week assignment with the possibility of being extended (based on business needs).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Assisting elderly customers with bookings via our system
• Guiding more tech-savvy customers through the online booking platform
• Providing clear, friendly, and accurate information
• Navigating the Genesis system (no prior experience required - training provided)

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a contact centre or high-volume customer service environment preferred
• Confident using computers and navigating multiple systems
• Patient, empathetic, and able to work with a diverse customer base
• Flexible with rostered start times (between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM)
