As we continue to grow, we’re looking for Client Services Officers (CSO) and Client Services Officer Team Leaders (CSO TL) to join our dynamic team.
About the Roles
You will be the key connection between our participants, their families, and our frontline support workers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality services are delivered with professionalism, care, and responsiveness.
We are recruiting for two positions:
Client Services Officer (CSO): Build and maintain participant relationships, coordinate services, and support day-to-day case management.
Client Services Officer Team Leader (CSO TL): Oversee a small team of CSOs, provide leadership and guidance, manage more complex cases, and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services Officer (CSO):
Manage a portfolio of participants, coordinating supports in line with individual needs and NDIS goals.
Liaise with participants, families, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Complete care plans, risk assessments, service agreements, and support documentation.
Respond to participant enquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Client Services Officer Team Leader (CSO TL):
All CSO duties plus:
Provide mentoring, coaching, and supervision to a small CSO team.
Monitor service delivery performance and participant satisfaction.
Support onboarding and training of new CSOs.
Assist with operational improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.
About You
Passion for working in the disability, aged care, or community services sector.
Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage competing deadlines.
Empathetic, professional, and solutions-focused.
For CSO TL Applicants:
Previous leadership experience (formal or informal) highly desirable.
Ability to support, develop, and guide team members to success.
Requirements
Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Disability, Aged Care, or similar (or working towards).
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
Sound understanding of NDIS principles (desirable).
