The builder is a contractor who specialise in building affordable housing. They are growing their team in their city centre office and are looking for an experienced estimator. This builder needs an experienced estimator. Social housing or NDIS experience would be an advantage but is not required. The role will involve Production Estimating including producing BOQ's. You will work as one of the Estimating team, reporting to an Estimating Manager who is based interstate. You will work closely with a business development manager as they bring in more business and tender opportunities.

Requirements of the role:
- 5 years' experience as an Estimator (housing or commercial construction)
- Ability to produce full & accurate BOQ's
- Disciplined - to work with minimal supervision
- Team player, with good people skills
- Excellent communication skills
