The Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs, resources, and timelines for fitout construction projects. Award of trades and preconstruction management of said projects also. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong hands-on background in construction and is looking to step into a pivotal role within a growing company.

What We’re Looking For:

Trade Experience: A minimum of 5 years of onsite experience as a qualified tradesman (ideally in fitout construction). We value your experience on the tools and your understanding of what it takes to build, because we believe that experience is key to providing accurate and reliable estimates.

Fitout Experience: Strong background in fitout construction. You understand the specific challenges and intricacies that come with these projects.

Estimating & Contract Administration: Proven experience in construction estimating and contract administration. You should be comfortable with reviewing plans, pricing, and ensuring all project details are accounted for accurately. Your maturity and depth of knowledge within the fitout industry will play a key role in our continued success.

Communication Skills: Ability to work closely with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors. You’ll need to clearly communicate estimates and contract details, ensuring every part of the project is planned meticulously.
