The role:
This is the perfect opportunity for a junior estimator or a experienced volume estimator looking to move into the custom space and ready to take the next step. You’ll be working alongside a knowledgeable and collaborative team, gaining hands-on experience estimating unique, architecturally designed homes. With plenty of guidance and mentoring, you’ll develop the skills you need to build a rewarding long-term career in residential construction.

Person:

• Solid understanding of the construction process and reading building and engineering plans
• Proficiency in Databuild
• Self-driven, organized, high attention to detail and enthusiastic team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine interest and passion in creating unique homes with likeminded professionals
