What is the Job?
Prepare accurate quotes, including quantities and costs.
Conduct site inspections and develop detailed scopes of work for a range of projects—from minor maintenance to full commercial fit-outs.
Negotiate and confirm pricing with subcontractors & suppliers + provide clear instructions during site visits.
Interpret working drawings and plans to calculate material quantities.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure a seamless understanding of tasks and maintain effective communication throughout the project.
Conduct audits of completed work to ensure quality.
Provide overflow project management support during busy periods.
Adhere to OH&S practices and procedures.
Mentor staff to reach their fullest potential.
Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace that fosters job satisfaction.
What JCP are looking for:
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, management, and estimation.
Previous trade certifications (advantageous).
A current driver’s license.
A valid Construction Industry White Card.
COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (or a willingness to obtain them).
