About the Company:
Our client is a well-established and highly regarded residential builder known for delivering quality new home builds across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of projects and a focus on excellence in both construction and client service, they are now seeking a skilled Production Estimator to join their dynamic team.

The Role:
As a Production Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely production estimates for a range of residential new home projects. Working closely with the sales, drafting, and construction teams, you will prepare detailed costings, complete bill of quantities, and maintain pricing structures to support efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed production estimates and bill of quantities for residential new builds
• Interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Manage supplier and subcontractor pricing updates
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies between drawings, contracts, and estimates
• Assist with continuous improvements to the estimating process and database
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of information

About You:

• Minimum 2-3 years of Production Estimating experience in residential new builds (project homes, custom builds, or volume building)
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs
• Proficient with estimating software (e.g., Databuild, Framework, Buildsoft, or similar)
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork
