Senior Sales Estimator – Award-Winning Residential Builder

Location: Smeaton Grange, NSW

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 + Super (Depending on experience)
Are you an experienced Sales Estimator looking to join a premium, award-winning residential builder? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic and successful team.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Sales Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and efficient take-offs for a range of residential construction projects. This is a pivotal role where you’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure precision in project costing, manage variations, and contribute to the overall success of project delivery.
Your expertise will be key in streamlining operations and upholding the company’s high standards for quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed and accurate take-offs for residential building projects.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure all project costings and variations are precise and completed efficiently.
• Take ownership of the sales estimating process, ensuring a commitment to quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Continually seek opportunities to enhance estimating procedures for improved workflow and project success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Sales Estimating role within the residential building sector.
• Strong track record managing sales estimations for residential projects.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
