About the role

Pippi's Cronulla is seeking experienced and talented Sous Chefs, Chefs and Pizza Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team in our Cronulla. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing and delivering high-quality, creative dishes that delight our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and growth within our growing hospitality group.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen

Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes

Providing mentorship and training to junior kitchen staff

Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the company's high standards

Monitoring inventory and placing orders for necessary supplies

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques

Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

Current Food Safety Handling certification
