Position Description
Support the Head Chef in daily operations and kitchen leadership
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
Manage kitchen staff and mentor junior team members
Oversee stock control, ordering, and food safety compliance
Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings
Position Requirements
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
Excellent kitchen and team leadership skills
Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Strong communication and time management
Availability to work nights and weekends
