Working under the guidance of kitchen leadership, you'll take ownership of a dedicated section, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, quality control, and team leadership. Your Responsibilities:

Lead a specific pastry section focused on high-volume cake production.

Maintain consistency in quality and presentation, especially during peak periods.

Manage inventory and supply chain specific to your section.

Collaborate with the wider team to optimise workflow and efficiencies.

Coach and guide junior chefs, creating a positive and rewarding team culture.

Uphold kitchen standards around hygiene, safety, and output.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2+ years in a Senior Pastry Chef or Chef de Partie position.

Experience in a production or high-volume kitchen setting.

Proven ability to balance speed, quality, and presentation.

Highly organised with strong leadership and communication skills.
