What we're looking for

We are looking for a full time experienced cafe manager to join our amazing café.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, this role is highly visible and requires someone who thrives in a busy and demanding venue.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the management team to implement the best customer experience - every day;
• Manage and oversee the venue operations on a daily basis;
• Lead and manage staff through service periods;
• Drive a spirit of enthusiasm and success, without losing sight of fun along the way;
• Apply sound business acumen to optimise the running of the venue.

What we need:

A manager with demonstrated experience gained in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organisation skills, underpinned by a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.
