We are looking for a Cafe Manager who’s warm, energetic, and thrives on genuine connection.

In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a buzzing café and a vibrant events space—welcoming guests, mentoring the team, and helping bring moments to life.

We are looking for someone who

Loves hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

Has strong leadership skills and experience, with a hands-on approach

Wants to take the next step without taking on the entire burden

Believes in creating positive experiences through service

Manage the daily operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety throughout the cafe

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales

Collaborate with the broader team to create innovative menu items and improve overall cafe offerings

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to cafe staff

You'll have

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a cafe or restaurant management role

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in inventory management and driving sales

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and drinks

Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field would be highly regarded
