About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Cafe Manager to join our thriving Copo Cafe, in Drummoyne, NSW. As our Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafe. You will lead by example, ensuring high standards in customer service, team management, food and beverage quality, and overall store performance. This is a full-time role based.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and leading a team of baristas and wait staff to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences

Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer feedback

Manage staff rosters, training, and performance

Oversee ordering and stock control

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Assist on the floor as needed, including making coffee and taking orders

What we're looking for

Experience in a cafe or restaurant management role

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team

Confident barista skills

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Must be reliable, mature, and able to commit long-term

Passion for the cafe and hospitality industry with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
