The Opportunity

You’ll:
Process phone, email, and web customer orders
Call major clients to confirm details and provide updates
Own reception – be the Director of First Impressions

About You
You’re the kind of person who just gets people. You bring warmth, professionalism, and energy to every interaction. You’re organised, proactive, and tech-savvy, with an eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
Ideally, you’ll have:
Experience in customer service, administration, or sales support
A confident phone manner and strong technology skills experience with CRM desirable
Excellent organisation and time management skills
A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a tight-knit team
