About Us:
Formed in 1992, Easi is a Novated Lease and Salary Packaging provider who supports companies across all Australian states and territories. Due to a recent increase in managed clients, Easi is seeking a candidate for a Customer Service Specialist role.
Located in Cremorne, Easi boasts comfortable offices near a wide range of conveniences such as cafes, gyms and shopping in a CBD adjacent area, and is less than 5 minutes walk from Richmond station. The Position:
This role in the Easi Customer Service Team is to support our novated lease customers by answering general enquiries about our products and services, assisting with reimbursements, card, and insurance enquiries, and living up to our service value by delivering customer service at a level goes above and beyond.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Develop a strong working relationship with other Customer Service Team members.
Ensure administrative tasks and payments are completed within agreed time frames.
Respond to customer calls and email enquiries within agreed time frames.
Use our CRM and lease management systems as trained to provide consistent responses.
Be polite, courteous, and helpful to Easi customers.
Produce reports on request from customers.
Engage in training and development sessions.
Additional Ad Hoc duties as directed by your manager.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience. However, please remember that Easi is an equal opportunity employer who encourages everyone to apply!
Direct or indirect exposure to the Novated Leasing or Salary Packaging industry (desired but not essential).
Experience in a call center/customer service environment.
Administration experience such as answering email inquiries, data management, making payments, and liaising with third party providers.
Experience with Customer Record Management (CRM) systems.
The ability to work autonomously or in a team environment.
Appropriate computer skills including the use of email and Microsoft Office.
A willingness to develop existing skills and learn new skills.
