We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Service Officer to join our growing team in Footscray.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in presentation, and loves interacting with people from all walks of life. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and residents, ensuring their stay or visit is smooth, professional, and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs

Respond to phone calls, emails, and general enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Manage booking systems and maintain accurate guest records

Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are clean and ready

Handle keys, access cards, and security procedures responsibly

Support daily administrative and front-office tasks as required

About You:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or property management preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Confident using basic computer systems and booking software

Professional presentation and a positive attitude

Able to work both independently and as part of a small team
