The Opportunity

We’re seeking a junior or early-career Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, professional team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to start or grow their career in administration and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and manage front-of-house enquiries

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Coordinate repair bookings and liaise with workshop staff

Maintain accurate job records and assist with basic administrative tasks

Provide updates to customers on job progress and completion times

Support a positive, professional, and customer-focused team environment
