About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of end-to-end residential construction processes, materials, and costs. You’ll play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects

Reviewing project plans and specifications to determine scope

Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotes for accuracy and value

Managing purchase orders and procurement timelines

Maintaining cost databases and historical records

Assisting with bid proposals and tender documentation

Monitoring project costs and reporting on progress

Contributing to project meetings with cost-related insights

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience as an estimator in residential construction

Strong proficiency in DataBuild is a must!

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
