PLASTER ESTIMATING EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL!!

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as a senior estimator to support our Melbourne based operation to ensure the preparation and timely delivery of accurate estimate costs for tenders and/or pre-contract documentation that secures a profitable outcome in awarded contracts.

Qualifications

Experienced estimator with a proven track record of securing successful tender submissions.

Previous exposure to plaster in construction industry essential.

Advanced quantity surveying and estimating skills.

Demonstrated mathematical skills.

Knowledge of contract agreements within the construction industry.

Excellent time management and organizational skills to maintain client delivery programs.

Proficient in estimating software such as Planswift with the ability to adapt to new technology.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Adept at performing take-offs, reviewing scopes, and assembling tender submissions.

Capability to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent customer contact, communication, and presentation skills.
