They’re known for their collaborative culture and openness to implementing new ideas and processes across the estimating function.

The company is now seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to take ownership of the estimating process, lead a small team, and play a key role in shaping future workflows and systems.

The Role
This position offers the chance to go beyond traditional estimating — you’ll have the freedom to influence systems, mentor others, and bring your own network and methodology to the table.

Working closely with a strong project delivery and production team, you’ll manage tenders from initial concept through to submission while ensuring competitive, accurate pricing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end estimating for commercial projects up to $40M.

Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.

Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Oversee and refine internal estimating processes, templates, and cost databases.

Mentor junior estimators and support the growth of the estimating function.

Use of industry-standard estimating tools

About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial estimating.

Experience across education, retail, or industrial new builds up to $40M.

Strong communication and negotiation skills — able to build rapport with trades, clients, and consultants.

Highly organised, commercially astute, and process-driven.

Confident in interpreting trade quotes, performing takeoffs, and producing BOQs independently.
