ROLE 1 - ESTIMATOR OR SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Join a respected medium-density / townhome and house & land specialist that partners with leading developers across Victoria. Focusing on design, value, and repeat business. Ideal for an estimator who values process, teamwork, and delivering projects that stand out for quality and consistency.

ROLE 2 - SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Work with a group that develops and builds its own large-scale townhouse and small commercial mixed-use projects. With a highly engaged leadership team and a steady pipeline, this business offers exposure to both residential and light commercial. Perfect for someone who wants to grow into, and/or enjoys the commercial side of construction, as well as multi-residential and wants to contribute to growth and strategy.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating across medium-density projects, light commercial, and/or mixed-use developments
• Strong technical knowledge of cost planning, subcontractor pricing, and value management principles
• Proficiency in Databuild, Buildsoft, CostX or similar estimating software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to collaborate across design, construction, and client teams
• A proactive, detail-focused approach and a genuine interest in contributing to team success
• Full Australian working rights
