Requirements

Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety policies, and health regulations.

Flexibility to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within a reputable venue or restaurant.

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Comprehensive knowledge of food handling and hygiene best practices.

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Experience with rostering, maintaining wage budgets, and controlling costs.
