Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio

• Support rent review and lease renewal processes

• Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors and provide excellent customer service

• Manage maintenance requests and compliance tasks

• Conduct inspections and prepare associated reports

• Learn and grow within the commercial property space with structured training

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• A positive attitude and genuine interest in building a career in commercial real estate

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset

• A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment

• Some experience in residential/commercial property management or real estate

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence (or willingness to obtain)

• A drivers licence and reliable vehicle
