We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our client’s dynamic Property Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 12 months of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. With strong support and mentoring, this role offers clear pathways to grow into a Junior Property Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and entry/exit inspections and prepare reports
• Manage lease renewals and compliance requirements
• Assist with leasing and tenant enquiries
• Support the Property Management team with day-to-day portfolio tasks

• Minimum 1 year of property management or assistant experience
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take ownership
• Personable, adaptable, and client-focused
• Excellent communication and time management skills
