You will build strong relationships with our clients and work as part of our dynamic and supportive team to provide industry-leading property management service.

We're committed to continual improvement and as a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity for your own ideas to be tested and implemented within our day to day operations.

You'll be a trusted representative of our business and a problem solver, responsible for a range of duties including vacate and routine inspections along with maintenance management and tenant/landlord liaison. You will quickly grow within the business to become a Property Manager with responsibility for your own portfolio.

You will be trusted to work autonomously and will be supported by your teammates including Senior Property Managers our Operations Manager and Property Management focused Principal.

Do you have the qualities that we are looking for?

We are seeking someone with a strong customer service focus, great communication skills and excellent work ethic.

You are a team player who is reliable, with superior organisational skills and an ability to work unsupervised to deliver superior results to your clients and your team.

Previous experience in either property management, business and people management or account management is preferred but not required.

Must have current driver's license and own well-presented vehicle.

Must possess or be willing to achieve QLD real estate certificate of registration.
