We are seeking a driven and passionate Senior Commercial Manager to join our niche team of friendly and collaborative property professionals.

As one of Brisbane's top boutique commercial property agencies with over 40 years of experience and 25 years in business, we have built a reputation for excellence in selling, managing, developing, and leasing commercial properties.

Our Property Management division has experienced exceptional growth over the past decade, providing a boutique service that surpasses our competitors. We strive for excellence in client satisfaction, developing trust and competency backed by support and procedures.

Our team of property managers alongside our successful sales and leasing team, are energetic professionals who have a deep understanding of the Commercial sector. We have respect for each other and a team culture that fosters collaboration both within and outside the office, enjoying social events and extended friendships.

In early 2026 we will be moving to our new state of the art headquarters in Park road, Milton, setting new benchmarks for work-life balance and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture day to day relationships with landlords and tenants.

Oversee lease administration, including rent reviews, renewals, and renegotiations.

Manage Financial performance, budgets, and reporting

Work with our Facilities Manager to coordinate projects, fitouts, capital works, and make-good programs.

About You:
You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and have the ability to think on your feet and drive outcomes. With a proven track record in managing portfolios, you're eager to make a significant impact in your next role.

Core Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years of commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of retail/commercial leases and OPEX/Recoverables.
• Proven experience in lease administration and financial management.
• Exceptional communication skills and professional presentation.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• A valid Certificate of Registration for the Real Estate Industry.
