About You

We're seeking a confident, approachable leader who can inspire their team, foster strong community relationships, and maintain high-quality standards. You will:

Have 2+ years' Director experience

Hold a Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (ACECQA Approved)

Hold current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis & Child Protection training

Be passionate about play-based learning & environments as the 3rd teacher

Excel in mentoring educators and creating positive workplace culture

Experience managing service budgets and operations

Your Day to Day

Lead & inspire your team - provide daily guidance, mentoring, and support

Drive curriculum excellence - collaborate with our Educational Leader & Curriculum Practice Manager

Oversee compliance & safety - rosters, ratio, documentation & regulations

Build strong family connections - create a welcoming, community-focused service

Manage budgets & resources - ensure the Centre thrives operationally & financially
