Centre Director – Brand New 34 place service in Epping

Are you a passionate and experienced early childhood leader ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a Centre Director to lead our new, purpose-built service, licensed for 34 children, due to open in November 2025.

About the Role:

As our Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the services operations, ensuring a high-quality learning environment, and leading a team of dedicated Educators. Your leadership will help create a nurturing, engaging, and safe space for children, and Educators to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of Educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education

Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, policies, and child safe standards

Build and maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and the community

Create and implement a positive, inclusive, and play-based learning environment

Drive continuous improvement and professional development within the team

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing for children and staff

What We’re Looking For:

An ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education

A minimum of 2 years experience as a Centre Director of a similar size service

Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, frameworks, and best practices

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

A strong passion for Early Childhood Education, and building a cohesive team

A current Working with Children Check
