Are you an experienced and passionate Early Childhood professional ready to lead a high-quality, Exceeding-rated service? Marrickville Road Preschool is seeking a dedicated Centre Director to oversee daily operations, mentor a dynamic team of educators, and continue our commitment to providing excellence in early education and care.

As an off-the-floor Director, you will play a key leadership role in guiding the service, managing administrative processes, and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.

About the Role

Lead and manage all aspects of the service in alignment with the National Quality Framework

Oversee enrolments, family engagement, and compliance documentation.

Manage budgets, rostering, and reporting in collaboration with the Operations team.

Support and mentor educators to ensure a nurturing, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with families and the local community.

Complete administrative and office management tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the preschool.

About You

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).

Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience within an early childhood setting.

Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and all regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Confident using administrative systems and digital platforms (experience with OWNA or similar is highly regarded).

A genuine passion for team development, quality practice, and community connection.
