We are excited to announce that we are opening soon at Elermore Vale and are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Director for our centre.
Infinite Early Learning is a newly purpose built, state of the art Early Childhood centre in the Newcastle
area. The founders have over 30 years of experience in the Early Childhood Sector and provide safe, engaging spaces for children to learn, play and grow. We are committed to creating and maintaining an environment that promotes the safeguarding of all children. All staff and visitors are responsible for promoting the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of children.

What we are looking for:
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated Assistant Centre Director to support the Centre Director and a team of Educators at a new purpose built centre in Elermore Vale who has:
Leadership experience and a passion for leading a team and guiding others to reach their full potential;
An Early Childhood Teaching Degree or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards);
A current Child Protection Qualification, First Aid Certificate (including Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training) and CPR;
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team and engage with families
Experience in supervising and supporting the development and delivery of learning programs that cater to children's interests and developmental needs.
The ability to create a positive, nurturing environment while leading and motivating a team of educators to provide exceptional care and education.
You will be asked to disclose any information relevant to your eligibility to engage in activities involving children.
What you will be a part of:
A part of overseeing the daily operations of the centre and assist in leading a team of passionate educators to create an inclusive, stimulating, and educational environment for children;
Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of engaging educational programs across the centre, ensuring they align with the needs and interests of the children.
Lead by example, supporting and mentoring educators, encouraging them to contribute to program planning, and encouraging a culture of continuous development and improvement;
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow, while supporting the Centre Director in maintaining high-quality care and education standards;
Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
Engage in and support regular communication with parents about their child’s development;
Conduct Professional Development Reviews on all staff and build continuous improvement plans;
Help the centre to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.
