Centre Director Role
As Centre Director, you’ll lead a dedicated team to ensure our service continues to deliver excellence in care and education. You’ll oversee daily operations, compliance, and team development while fostering strong connections with families and the community.

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACEQA approved)

Experience in a leadership or management role within early childhood education

Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS, and EYLF

Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Computer Literacy

Commitment to creating a positive and inspiring team culture

Diploma OR Cert III Educator Role
We’re also seeking a passionate Diploma OR Cert III Qualified Educator who loves creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting children’s growth and development.

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACEQA approved)

A caring, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude

Solid understanding of the EYLF and child-led learning

Reliability and a genuine love for working with children
