Job Title: Part-Time Medical Receptionist

Central City Medical Centre is looking for a part-time medical receptionist to join our dynamic reception-admin team.

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our busy healthcare team. This is a part-time position (15–35 hours per week), and Saturday availability is required.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Your duties will include:

Greeting patients and managing check-ins/check-outs

Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries

Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate patient records

Processing payments and managing billing queries

Supporting clinicians with administrative tasks

✅ Previous customer service experience is essential
✅ Medical reception experience preferred but not required — training will be provided ✅ Ability to work Saturdays and flexible hours during the week
