Come join our team! Our friendly, busy, privately owned medical centre is looking for an experienced and reliable Part-Time Medical Receptionist. This role is available due to a recent change in staffing. If you have exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you. We need someone to start as soon as possible, but we are happy to work around your notice period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Admin /reception duties as required

Welcome, greet and arrive patients with a smile

Collect and enter new patient details

Answering phone calls and providing solutions to the patients queries

Confirming appointments

Billing, processing private accounts

Liaising with Clinical staff

Opening and Closing Duties

Scanning

EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:

Medical Reception experience in a GP setting and computer literacy essential

Experience with Best Practice medical software essential

Attention to detail a must

Exceptional customer service and telephone manner

Demonstrate initiative, time management and the ability to work under pressure

Able to navigate a computer efficiently essential

The Practice is open 8.30 to 5.30 Mon to Fri and hours can range anywhere between these times, no weekend or afterhours work offering flexible hours. We are looking for the successful candidate to work between 18hrs - 27hrs per week with the flexibility to cover sick leave and annual leave on other days when needed.
