About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Stockroom & Operations Assistant to join our Palmyra team. This role starts as 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday) with the opportunity to grow into full-time as the business and role expands.

You'll take ownership of the stockroom — maintaining organisation, unpacking deliveries, preparing customer orders, managing returns, and keeping the space running efficiently. You'll also assist with light website updates and admin tasks, so strong computer skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain stockroom organisation, tidiness, and safety

Unpack deliveries and check against purchase orders

Prepare orders for pickup and shipping

Manage customer and supplier returns

Monitor stock levels and assist with reordering

Perform simple website updates (Shopify) and data entry tasks

Basic familiarity with Shopify is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate

Support smooth day-to-day operations for the sales team

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and ownership of your workspace

Confident with computers (Shopify, Google Workspace, etc.)

Organised, proactive, and able to follow structured processes

Good written and verbal communication skills

Physically able to unpack and move stock boxes when required

Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
