We are looking for a part-time / casual Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming team in a busy Skin Cancer Clinic.

About Us

Our clinic specialises in the detection and treatment of skin cancer. All our doctors are accredited with the Skin Cancer College Australasia (SCCA) and bring extensive experience in skin cancer medicine. We take pride in providing professional, compassionate care in a supportive and relaxed environment.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with medical reception experience who enjoys patient interaction and teamwork.

Your duties will include:

Greeting and assisting patients

Managing appointments and phone enquiries

Processing Medicare claims and payments

Maintaining accurate patient records

Supporting the doctors and nurses with day-to-day administrative tasks

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in medical reception or healthcare administration

Is confident using practice management software (e.g. Best Practice, MedicalDirector, or similar)

Has excellent communication and organisational skills

Is reliable, professional, and enjoys working in a small team

Can be flexible with shifts (covering staff leave or busy periods when required)
