Five Good Friends is an approved aged care and NDIS service provider. We empower our Members (what others call clients) to live vibrantly in their own homes by building a dedicated care team around them and their families. Our innovative software seamlessly coordinates logistics, allowing our teams to focus entirely on delivering exceptional care.
We are a company where purpose drives impact. Every day, our work helps people live their best lives, and that critical mission starts with our people.
To meet growing demand - we deliver over 30,000 home visits a month - we are strengthening our People function. We need to ensure every team member feels supported, valued, and confident to do their best work. That's where this role comes in.
At Five Good Friends, you're among friends. This isn't just a tagline; it’s the core of our People Strategy. We are committed to fostering a workplace that is dynamic, inclusive, and deeply caring. We leverage smart technology and streamline processes to create the essential foundations that help every employee thrive.

If you're passionate about operational excellence, people-centred service, and building scalable HR foundations in a purpose-led organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
Because when you're among friends, you grow, succeed, and make a real difference, together.
