In this pivotal role, you will oversee boutique operations nationally, ensuring exceptional client experiences, operational excellence, and commercial results. The position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a leader who is as comfortable on the boutique floor as they are managing operations, administration, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, support, and develop boutique managers and their teams across multiple locations

Ensure consistency in brand presentation, client service, and operational standards

Drive sales performance and oversee the execution of clientelling initiatives and boutique events

Manage daily operations, administration, and reporting requirements

Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver national retail strategies

Conduct regular interstate travel to maintain strong relationships with teams and ensure excellence across all sites

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in premium or luxury retail, with multi-site management experience essential

Strong understanding of luxury selling, clientelling, and in-store event execution

Hands-on leadership style, comfortable working across boutique operations and head office functions

Experience in opening new stores will be highly regarded

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to motivate and influence high-performing teams
