Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of your region’s performance, ensuring every site hits its sales, revenue, and service targets while operating to the highest standard and driving exceptional customer experience.

Sales & Customer Service – Lead by example to achieve growth targets, improve conversion rates, and deliver exceptional service.

Customer Centric: Foster a culture of strong relationships with our customers addressing their needs promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Coaching & Development – Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate your site teams to perform at their best.

Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyse sales trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies for growth.

Team Engagement – Build strong, collaborative teams and foster a healthy, competitive, and fun work environment.

Operational Excellence – Ensure compliance, manage debt recovery, oversee rosters, and maintain high presentation standards across all sites.

Reporting & Planning – Provide accurate, insightful reports on performance, budgets, and market trends.

Commercial Awareness: You need to have enthusiasm and good commercial awareness to grow market share and increase site occupancy.

Skills and experience:

We are looking for a hands-on leader with a natural flair for sales and a passion for people. You’ll be self-motivated, energetic, and ready to get the best out of your teams.

Multi-site or area management experience (minimum 2 years).

Proven success in driving sales and hitting revenue targets.

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Strong organisational ability and commercial acumen.

Experience in retail or customer-facing industries

A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
