We are seeking a proven and passionate National Retail Manager to join a prestigious luxury brand renowned for its heritage, innovation, and timeless elegance. Combining tradition with modern technology, this globally recognised name is synonymous with prestige and craftsmanship — and continues to be one of the most sought-after brands in the world of fine timepieces.

With a strong international presence and a loyal clientele, the brand is now looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee its six boutiques nationally and drive continued success across Australia.

What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience in retail management, ideally at a regional or national level

Strong knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of luxury goods and clientele expectations

A positive, energetic, and inspiring leadership style with a genuine passion for retail and timepieces

A proactive approach to sales, consistently exceeding expectations and KPIs

Exceptional communication, planning, and customer service skills to drive results and performance

Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams to achieve excellence and profitability

Experience within the watch or jewellery sector is not essential, but a background in premium or luxury retail and high-level client service is a must.
