P S Graham & Associates is a well-established town planning, surveying, consulting engineering and project management firm based in Thornleigh, NSW. We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (4 days per week). This role offers a varied mix of administrative responsibilities and accounts management.

Key Responsibilities

Administration Duties:

Manage incoming phone calls and direct enquiries/messages appropriately

Monitor and respond to email correspondence

Draft and prepare letters, fee proposals, and other documents

Handle day-to-day office operations and general administration

Upload and manage planning applications via the NSW Planning Portal

MYOB / Accounts:

Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable

Conduct bank reconciliations

Process weekly payroll

Handle monthly superannuation payments

Prepare monthly and quarterly BAS/IAS statements

Assist with preparation of quotes and tenders as needed

About You – Key Requirements

Proficiency in MYOB (preferred)

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Solid experience in payables and receivables

Strong background in office administration and management

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
