This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a seasoned property management professional who thrives on building strong team culture, driving operational excellence, and maintaining a client-first approach.

About the Role

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 Property Managers and Assistants, providing structure, guidance, and professional development.
• Oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of just under 390 properties (no personal portfolio management required).
• Maintain oversight of systems, compliance, and best practice, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and onboard new managements generated through direct agent leads.
• Foster a positive, professional culture that aligns with the brand standards.
• Liaise with external company to ensure smooth financial processes and reporting.
• Represent the Property Management department at leadership meetings, contributing to strategic planning and team development.

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager, Department Head, or Team Leader in Real Estate.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on supporting and motivating team members.
• Exceptional knowledge of QLD legislation, compliance, and property management best practice.
• Confident in driving performance metrics, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
• Professional presentation and a genuine passion for real estate and people.
