What you’ll be doing:

• End-to-end management of a well-maintained residential portfolio
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections
• Coordinating maintenance, arrears, and lease renewals
• Working closely with your team to deliver exceptional service

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of Property Management experience
• Is proactive, organised, and adaptable
• Communicates clearly and builds rapport with ease
• Thrives in a team that supports one another
