About the Role

As Head of Property Management, you will:

Lead and support a task-based team across residential and commercial portfolios

Build enduring relationships with landlords and tenants, grounded in trust and results

Oversee leasing, inspections, compliance, and performance systems

Drive service excellence, consistency, and growth within a collaborative team

Implement best-practice processes, modern systems, and professional standards

About You

You’re an experienced Property Manager or emerging leader who thrives on structure, accountability, and growth. You bring:

A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration

Proven experience in property management

Exceptional organisation and communication skills

A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

Confidence in managing relationships and leading with professionalism
