Business Development Manager – Property Management | Boutique ($115k OTE)

The Role As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of growth — responsible for driving new business and nurturing client relationships. You’ll work closely with the Director and property management team to achieve 8–12 new management per month, using the latest lead generation tools and CRM.

Day to day, you will:

• Prospect and convert landlord leads through digital and local channels
• Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations
• Manage the onboarding process for new managements
• Use PropertyMe and dedicated lead generation software to track, report, and follow up on opportunities
• Collaborate with the PM team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in Business Development or Property Management (preferred within the Gold Coast market)
• A genuine passion for real estate growth and client engagement
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with PropertyMe, lead generation tools, and CRM systems is a plus
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or licence
