About the business

We are on the lookout for a Academy Manager for one our national clients within their NSW Head Office. The Academy Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination and delivery of all training and development programs across the national network. This role oversees the end-to-end management of the academy, encompassing the development of training frameworks, scheduling, execution, communication, and evaluation Ensuring all training delivered across Sales, Property Management, Operations, Marketing, Admin and Leadership aligns with business objectives and brand standards.

The Academy Manager leads the Academy team, including trainers, designers and administrators, fostering collaboration across departments and ensuring a seamless, high-quality learning experience for the network. With a strong background in education, learning design or training operations, this role plays a key part in shaping the learning culture and professional growth within the network.

About the role

Lead and manage the Academy team, including training coordinators, designers, trainers and administrative support.

Develop and oversee the annual training strategy, calendar and training frameworks across all departments.

Design and implement structured learning pathways and development frameworks that align with business needs and role competencies.

Manage the full lifecycle of training delivery from planning and scheduling to communication, logistics, materials, and evaluation.

Collaborate with state and department leaders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Oversee quality assurance, ensuring all content, delivery, and participant experiences reflect brand standards and excellence.

Coordinate resources for in-person and online sessions, including venue logistics, virtual platforms, and presenter requirements.

Maintain and evolve The Academy's learning management systems (LMS), content libraries, and feedback processes.

Analyse participation, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve training programs and measure impact.

Support the onboarding and development of internal trainers, presenters and new Academy team members.

Partner with marketing and communications teams to promote training initiatives and drive engagement across the network

Skills and experience

Proven experience in training, education, or learning & development program management.

Experienced in creating learning pathways, training programs, and frameworks grounded in adult learning principles.

TAFE Qualification (Ideal not required)

Strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, or learning frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to lead a small team and manage multiple projects end-to-end.

Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, LMS platforms, and digital training tools or the ability to learn new systems quickly.

High attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Passionate about building capability, engagement, and performance through learning.

Real estate industry experience is preferred but not essential.
