Our client, a busy and growing real estate agency, is looking for a proactive and organised Front Office Manager / Sales Administrator to support their high-performing Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow their real estate career in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

The Role:
• Manage reception and respond to buyer and tenant enquiries
• Provide admin support to the Director and Sales Agents
• Prepare listing kits, marketing materials, and open home packs
• Create and schedule social media content using Canva
• Liaise with clients and assist throughout the sales process
• Support the Property Management team with general tasks
• Assist at Saturday open homes when needed – RDO provided

About you:
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Previous experience in real estate or a customer-facing admin role
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confident using Microsoft Office and Canva
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable car
